Cancellation Policy: We understand that things come up and we hope you value our time as much as we value yours. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.

Service Change Policy: We understand things change between appointments. However, if you decide you want to cancel or modify a service for your upcoming appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If we are not notified of the change at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the original scheduled service booked. 

Late Policy: Please be sure to notify us if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, you may need to be rescheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged our cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services. 

No Show: If you fail to show up to an appointment without notice you will be charged 100% of the scheduled services before you can make another appointment. You will also be responsible for a 50% deposit on all future appointments. 

Service Adjustment Policy: Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your service or within 7 days of your completed service. We are committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. This request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.

Product Return Policy: A very lightly used product may be returned within 90 days. Please be sure to reach out to us with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product​. Product purchases can be refunded to original payment, or used as store credit towards an exchange. 

Salon Etiquette: Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Talk of politics, and religion will not be allowed. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly or inappropriately.

Confidentiality and Privacy:
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
